I took a picture of some of my albums today. Kat and I are planning to get an ion turntable and then I can put some vinyl music on the computer.
Plus, the library is having a five dollar fill-a-bag sale. I got a few albums today, and now I think I can go back tomorrow for some more, if they didn't end it this evening. After (If) I get some more, I'll take pictures of what I've gotten there. I could get the entire Barry Manilow library, but I kind of have my eye on some classical recordings instead.
Here's six minutes of unorganized blather. If I had a video camera, I would totally do video blogs. But I do not. Perhaps someday.
Oh, and I remembered another "baby crush." Remember when Herb Alpert did "This Guy's In Love with You?" I just adored him for that, even though I was only about 4 or so.
Don't you just want to run your hands up his shirt front and pull his tie loose?
I'd say all this is actually true except the next-to-last thing. I'm not into being busy all the time. Er, to go along with that, I suppose I'm not all that energetic. Or much into shopping, but maybe I would be if I were accustomed to having enough money for that. So, oh well, some of this is actually true!

I was organizing my document folders yesterday and found a picture I took the night we went to the Police concert, about a month ago. The exposure was all uneven and strange, so I adjusted the color slightly, de-emphasized the red eye, but didn't remove it completely because I thought it was sort of cool, and then I cropped it.
Then I took this one with my phone yesterday, just to catch up on how my profile is doing these days. I seem to have caught a flattering angle.
Odd afternoon light.
So, they are both me, and so are the others I've posted. I've been searching unsuccessfully for a definitive me photo, but I'm beginning to conclude that the search is in error, rather than the results.
All this text is neighborhood only, but the photos are not. This is because, in this case, I feel the words are more intimate than the images. But now I want you to see the uncropped version of the image on top. Another me? The most me so far, probably. Cropping can be both illuminating and deceiving. It's really all one and the same in the end, but we get to control, a little, what we reveal to others.
